Top also had a strong chemical (like an oil or diesel smell). I contacted the seller who offered a $10 discount which I declined. I requested a return and full refund which the seller agreed to and I have now been refunded. All up this has been a good experience with instant communication from seller who was very apologetic and easy to deal with. Would recommend.
