When I inquired why, they stated their staff made an error. I asked them to update to reflect the real cause and it has yet to be updated. I have complained to eBay and they said they will penalize the seller, however I do not see any negative commentary on their account. Please be aware this seller sells via other channel & you might not receive the item.

    Great to have more memory.

    It's all that I had hoped for: 4x the memory of my IPad 3 (64 vs 16 mb) so apps load quickly and there isn't any lag or stoppage when running. The image is great, and it fits in my existing (and beat up) Zagg case. Battery lasts a couple of days - but I use it a lot during the day. Arrived promptly and in good shape. Tablet came with non-Apple wall charger and lightning cord which seems to work fine.

    iPad 4 with retina display

    I have 3 iPad 2 and decided to order 2 refurbished ipad 4 so I could enjoy a faster processor and was amazed at the advanced picture quality and graphics. The price was very reasonable and I recommend buying a refurbished iPad as opposed to buying new. It seems that you pay a premium price for new equipment that becomes an old model very quickly with the new releases , which sometimes seem to come every 3/4 of a year or so. We love our refurbished iPad 4 and are very happy with this vendor on eBay.

    iPad 4th generation

    It has a clear screen resolution and it seems like a reliable product that will last for years. It is slower than I expected from reading other reviews. I bought it to watch downloaded movies from Netflix while I travel long distances. I am happy with it.

    Good upgrade

    A trifle more damage than expected, but got it corrected. Not too much improvement over my iPad3. Some noticeable speed improvement. Battery life is about the same as my iPad3. Biggest thing is ability to upgrade to IOS 10. Over all, I like it just fine.
