    The Item arrived, very quickly. Was packaged well and looked exactly as described and as in the images, very good quality for the price. Unfortunately, I realised that I had mistakenly bought the wrong item as it wasn't compatible with the device the person it was bought for had.     These replacement shaver heads arrived quickly, appear to be in shiny-new, from the factory, condition. Packing seemed a bit sketchy: paperboard boxes, inside sticky-seal plastic envelopes, with the shaver heads audibly clinking and tinkling, bouncing into each other in the empty spaces inside the paperboard boxes. Disconcerting to listen to, but maybe not-bad packing? since they traveled this way, all the way from China, apparently intact. Of course I can't complain about the price.
