GREAT CLEATS
If you're using Shimano road pedals, you'll need these cleats. They hold up well and are easy to install and use. They never release from the pedal when you don't want but release easily when you do want. Clipping into the pedals can be a little difficult when the cleats are new but this issue resolves itself after using them for just a few rides. They're not made for walking but will withstand brief walks, such as at a rest stops on a bike ride. I prefer the 6-degree float models. I find that if I use the models with less float, such as the 1-degree float models, I get knee problems. This is, I suspect, unique to each individual so I can't make a recommendation re float. I'm using them on Dura Ace pedals but I suppose you'd get the same results on any Shimano pedal they fit.
