The connection stays more stable than other hubs I have tried in this segment. I do wish it had individual switches to turn off/on each port, but it's a minor gripe for the price. The USB cable is of a standard type so I imagine you could get a longer one if you needed it. The 60W power adapter that comes with it seems adequate.
