Synopsis
There are secrets that must remain buried . . . Nine people have been slain in New York City--nine strangers with nothing in common--the apparent victims of a frighteningly elusive serial killer. Only one thing links the dead: postcards they received, mailed from Las Vegas, announcing the day they would die. Assigned to the case is a legendary FBI profiler with a troubled past, a drinking problem, and nothing left to lose . . . Abandoned to a monastery is an unwanted son born under a curse on the seventh day of the seventh month of the year 777 . . . Unprepared for a momentous discovery is a post-World War II expedition into the crypts of a clandestine medieval society . . . . . . but all lead to a secret embroiled in destiny, history, evil, faith, and corruption . . . and one terrifying truth that no one must ever know . . .
Item description from the seller
Seller feedback (100)
- 1***0 (777)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThis item was shipped USPS Media Mail & in typical USPS fashion, it got lost & had arrived to me late. That should not be a discredit to the seller as the seller DID place the item in a very secure envelope & did not get damaged at all while in transit (it was wrapped in cardboard & bubble-wrap & could endure a trip to Alaska & back). This item is exactly as described, well photographed, & great value for the money spent. Great seller, highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The Catholic Devotional, 2012 Paperback Pocket Edition (#316496371748)
- a***k (38)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSeller was quick to respond (even over the July 4th holiday) and nice to speak with. The item took a while through usps but at no fault of the seller. Item was packaged well, it came exactly as it looked in the pictures and as described. I was excited to find a bottle of Trouble with some of the after shave still left in the bottle (although I know it won’t smell the exact same), but it smells like how my Dad used to smell and that’s priceless to me, so thank you.
