    DId what they said they do but didn't work for me

    I am 45 and bought these for running on the treadmill, playing baseball, playing basketball ect.. I used them for doing my treadmill running and they worked as advertised (Tightened) but they were sweaty around the waist. I then used them for playing basketball in and although I have some knee pain (due to muscle soreness and not joint related issues) when I wore these for an hour and a half playing both of my knees really ached bad. I'm not a biomechanics master but although these do what they are advertised to do it seems like the body is supposed to wiggle, jiggle and move a bit more and not be stringently held in place under some circumstances. Also, again the waist area was pretty sweaty. So, In my opinion these are probably ok to use for light impact activities but I would not ...
