    "Great Movie Sequel from 1981!"

    Loved watching Superman growing up, and especially the 1952 TV Series. Seeing the movies for the first time in 2006, it's true nostalgia. The way Hollywood was back then... which was great.

    Bring on the popcorn!

    These were quite the sensation when originally released and even now wears well. There is much more story and character development than usually found today where the "special effects" are the whole shebang. That said, the special effects of this are probably what would least suit younger audiences as they lack the power and finesse of present day films. Still, for fans of the original Superman comics, both films make for a fun evening.

    Great sequel!

    I watched this movie a lot when it was on HBO in the 80's. This dvd is a gift for a friend of mine. I think he's going to like it. This movie is quite entertaining from beginning to end.
