    Working audio equipment with minor external flaw. Works fine.

    Unit seems to work well recording new tapes, haven't tested it much as of yet though. The only issue with it is the tape door is damaged (I think), and therefor hard to close. I guess it's not a huge problem unless I start needing to swap tapes frequently, but I guess I'm going to take a star for that.

    This AKAI unit is one of the best quality simple an SD inexpensive cassette decks pfvtge 1980. I wanted to have a simple fully functional with Dolby NR so I can complete my silver face vintage set. It works flalessly and look great with the two vertically (kind of uh nusual) positioned VU meters.
