Told was dispatched 14 July. When it didn’t arrive I contacted seller twice but no reply. Asked for tracking no reply. Reported to EBay and item was dispatched 21 July with tracking. Promised July 22 but arrived July 24

I was told I would receive by a certain date, when that date came around no product arrived I tried communicating with the seller on a few occasions with no reply. I was then told that it would be delayed getting to their warehouse and I wouldn’t receive the item for 2 more weeks. Being almost 5 weeks since I placed the order and 3 weeks since I was initially told I would receive it I requested a refund and eventually received a refund.

Ordered 15th July 'sent' untracked 24th July was advised back log with aus post cant provide tracking which i call BS! Made contact asking for updates. To which they responded. Once confirmed nothing received there was no more contact from seller. Although I wanted the boots, am happy ebay helped with getting a refund.
