But the seller was willing to send me a replacement free of charge which I was thankful for. Quality of product: One of the arm pads came with a subtle indentation on it, but it’s not that big of a deal. My only actual gripe is that the arm pads are a bit firmer than I would’ve hoped for. That being said, I can’t complain that much at this price point.
