About this product

Product Information

Klonoa, the strange but endearing long-eared hero who debuted in a widely praised 1997 sleeper hit on the PlayStation, finds new adventures on the Game Boy Advance. Based on the 1999 Japanese WonderSwan game Klonoa: Moonlight Museum, this U.S. release pits Klonoa against Emperor Jillius, a domineering ruler who will not allow his people to dream. Klonoa must make his way through puzzle-filled platform levels to conquer the four beasts that roam the land, then defeat the tyrant himself to free the people of the Empire of Dreams.

  • One of the best platformers on GBA

This is a very fun game with great gameplay, colorful graphics, and excellent music. If you’re looking for a fun platformer with a lot of polish, get Klonoa: Empire of Dreams. If you love it, get the sequel Klonoa: Dream Champ Tournament.

  • Simple, but fun

If you're familiar with the series already, then there's more to be found here for you, especially if you liked Huepow as a character in Door to Phantomile. The gameplay isn't too dissimilar from its predecessors, but it does have some interesting changes such as obstacles that can be picked up and placed in different locations for platforming. If you remember the board levels in Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil, they're back but from a side-scrolling perspective instead. All in all, the game may be less glamorous than its console variants, but I can assure you that it's one of the best platformers in the GBA library. The delivery was smooth, the game was still completely sealed, and there was no damage to the case, as you can see in the picture. I'm thankful because GBA boxes aren't at all ...
