No perimeter troughs to catch excess fluids so they will run onto your countertop. I use this to prep raw veggies almost every day. Wet vegies will slide a little more than on wood. Easy to clean and I will not miss the re-oiling of past wood boards. I will buy again.

I think that if I'd examined the listing more carefully I'd have found information in it somewhere indicating that they were only 3 inches long. But because I was focused on price I didn't perform due diligence and so was caught by surprise when the actual product arrived. The transaction was otherwise fine, and the seller is reliable and honest, seeing as they are willing to accept a return on this product.
