    Item arrived quickly, but it was visibly very dirty. It was listed as new with tags, so this I felt like that was a misrepresentation. I reached out to the seller who said I could return it. The problem is I would have spent almost as much on shipping (both ways) as I did on the backpack, so that didn't feel like a reasonable solution. I asked for a partial refund, but the seller stopped responding.
