    BMW 1 series rear wiper motor

    I can thoroughly recommend this replacement rear wiper motor for the E87 BMW 1 series. I took my original one off and dismantled it and thought I could just regrease it, but once you take your original one apart you’ll see what 10 years of water will do to it! It’s worth just buying one of these rather than trying to bodge an old one, as the replacement will be lots better, won’t leak when reassembled, and will probably last another 10 years. The new motor didn’t come with the washer jet, but it wasn’t difficult to remove the old one and reuse it. It’s not too difficult to remove the old motor either, just look for a video on YouTube-that’s how I did it.

    Good product that is easy to install and appears to be well made.

    This product is good and works well. There is nothing wrong with it apart from the price. There are cheaper equivalents on the market. I bought one but it failed after 2 years so I spent more and purchased the valeo which looks better made.

    Valeo rear wiper motor.

    Exactly the same OEM replacement part as sold by BMW, but at a far more realistic price. Took me all of five minutes to replace my old one and worked first time. I definitely recommend this item.

    Valeo rear wiper motor for BMW 1 series

    Excellent product, same make as the original equipment so worth paying a little extra for over a cheaper non branded version. Fitted and worked exactly as the original unit. Very happy with it.
