Rather than send that missing item or issue a partial refund I’ve had to deal with the situation through eBay which involves sending back the delivery to a seller that doesn’t accept returns. All because the seller won’t reply back in any way. Really hate killing someone’s 100% rating with a negative review but not really left me with any option. Will gladly amend the review if the seller corrects the issue.
