There was nil communication from seller anytime. Ebay was the only communicater. This seller is slack, the carton the magniying glass was in was crushed on all corners of the box, the bubble wrap around the item was loose in the box, the item showed no signs of damage. The item works well, this sellers price I discovered after buying was 30% more expensive than others selling the identicle product. Not happy.
