I contacted them 4 times. The never responded 4. When the parcel arrived. The box was damaged and OPEN! I'd rather use Aus Post and/or even pay extra. Worst carrier ever. I've had issues before. The seller made some attempts to contact them but didn't make any difference. EBAY sellers beware! If you continue using Amarex, you will loose business. Google Amarex! Poor reviews!

I love the blue which has a lovely sheen to it. It is being charged at the moment so I haven’t tried riding it. The bags are great especially because you can collapse them when travelling. To be able to reposition the handlebar is also very convenient. The scooter is as described and I am delighted with it. I can recommend this company
