USPS left a sticker on it acknowledging it was damaged(presumably by them). I reached out to the seller letting them know the circumstances and they said it was not insured and they would issue a refund once I sent pictures. I gave them between 2-4 to issue a refund then reached out to them curious about the refund. No reply for 2 weeks now.
