Heavy duty and fit well in my drill press switch housing
I bought a floor mount drill press at a local farm supply store for my farm repair shop at a deep discount. It did not run due to a broken and electrically shorted on/off switch. The new switch was an electrical "drop in" with the old switch from a schematics standpoint. I had to trim the switch opening in the housing with a razor knife to get it too snap in due to a slight difference in the switch geometry. Only oddity i noticed was the mandated jumper wire between two terminals, but the instructions were clear and took two minutes with a solder gun and a short length of wire. It works perfect and looks great on the drill press. Very rugged and has a nice raised guard around the on switch portion to prevent accidental starts. Also weather sealed which keeps dirt and metal chips out of the switch. Great value.
