I guess this is common practice with several sellers, they don't update their ads. The Trimmer they sent me is in like new condition and works fine. I purchased the Model I wanted because of shape and weight. Oh well looks like I'm Stuck with this one now

Also learned eBay is not authorized reseller of Ryobi products, so 3-year warranty was not honored. Overall, not a good value with poor service on seller's part to boot!
