A miscommunication occurred and only one box was thought to be the entire kit. The seller took immediate action, offering me a refund and return shipping. Instead of returning the box, the seller was able to track down and offer the missing second box. The second box was promptly sent out and shipping costs covered. The missing pieces arrived and the drum kit works great! Very happy customer!
