    Just Like the Good Ol' Days!

    I used to do this workout in the 1980s. I am so happy they re-released Jane's videos on DVD! I still remember the moves, and there is that muscle memory so my body knows how to do this! I don't do it with the vigor (or hopping) as I did back 35-yeas ago, but if I pause and take the time to complete the move, even once, my brain-muscle communication is restored! I had a medical minor L-sided brain injury and my brain can't communicate with some muscles on my right side. However, my brain remembers these moves from before the injury! I may look like a klutzy goof, but I have hope and am so happy this is yet another way to come back from that CVA! This video is another route to my goal of wholeness again!

    This was not the DVD I was expecting. The image on the front goes with another workout routine. Yet the DVD inside did not match this cover. The DVD is challenging, but it is not the one I paid for or was expecting.
