Adequate unit for small suburban homesteads with typical driveway/sidewalk layouts
On the high blade speed setting it did fine under most conditions, but all other blade speeds are useless. It is very adjustable with varying rear wheel height for uneven curbs ect., blade guard is poorly engineered hardly works feels like it will break off at any time. Operation is very easy and will fit all the 40v battery options from 2ah to the 7ah sizes. Overall, the unit seems very flimsy and poorly built, I expected better for the money. This product is on the cusp of a recommend or not, I believe it would do a fine job for those in high density subdivisions were driveway & sidewalk edging is needed on a weekly/biweekly basis & the runs are under 20-30 feet, but if you're looking for a powerful unit to edge along a drive with long unmaintained edges this is not the one.

Great edger with curb appeal.
The rear wheel dropping down to street level while you edge along the street curb is genius. I edged my lawn and curb and 2 neighbor's as well with only 1 bar used on the 40 volt battery. Plenty of power with a 9 inch blade.
