    Well packed and arrived very quickly. The item was as described and I am happy to recommend the seller to others. Unfortunately once installed the printhead could not be aligned either by the printer software or by direct key inputs on the printer. So I solved one problem, but was left with another. The solution was to buy a reconditioned printhead which triggered automatic alignment when installed and my printer now works perfectly again. So I am suspicious of the item, but not the seller.
