When the first one arrived the top of the box was torn open and all the hardware was gone out of the package. USPS said they were not responsible since the package was “inadequate packaging” and I agree. The seller offered to return it but I would pay for shipping and that was half of the cost of the item so losing more money on this deal would be too much. They will not answer email from me.
