    EZ25 is EAZY !

    The Freeview element is very useful and enables you to record without having the TV on. The only negative I have found is that some DVD types need formatting whereas this has not been necessary with other Panasonic DMR models I have used , so I have switched to DVD-R which does not need formatting on the EZ 25.

    The bitter truth

    Perhaps I was optimistic to think that this DVD recorder would come up to expectations. Sadly, the tuner section has died. This means that, despite my excellent aerial, it will not receive any television channels. A bit of a disappointment. Surely it would not have been difficult for the sender to test this simple operation before posting it to me. Just to let you know; I am familiar with the set up arrangements for this Panasonic DVD so I know what I am doing. . Searching for DTV produces a completely empty list. I have tried three times now, all with negative results. Oh well, never mind. At least it plays my DVDs. Best wishes ... Simon

    Best DVD player/recorder around

    I consider this product to be the best of it's type still around, albeit, second hand. With it's RAM disc capability and excellent quality image, ease of use and compact size - it's the best!
