I recently purchased shell cordovan shoes that were just thrown in the box and sent, in comparison these slightly rusty, older leathercraft tools were individually wrapped in groups of five or less and well padded within the box so none would shift. This indicates to me the seller actually cares about the customer experience and the items they are shipping.
