Original Epson Dura Brite inks are far better quality than the refill types!
The Epson Dura Brite inks are the best for pictures, documents and brochures, as they set up the ink and colors rapidly and are protective in that they resist fading or running or spotting from water damage. I bought refill ink once... Will never do it again. Only the real Epson ink works this way. I've had Epson printers since the mid 90's, also tried another brand and went back to Epson for the quality. I probably sound like an advertiser, but it's true. not only are the inks a better quality, but so are the printers. Yes, there have been problems, but the company has stood behind their products each time I've had an issue. Not many other computerized electronic machine companies do this. I buy the XL size cartridges because they last significantly longer than the regular sizes. ... The printing is dark black color on paper and no smear and does not get clog. Other brand you will get a lighter black color and need to clean your printer head.

For the value I will definitely be a repeat customer but I must strongly say you get what you pay for. One of the black inks did not work from the time I got it. I didn't mind taking the hit because it was so cheap. I replaced it with the second black ink and all the cartridges seemed to work great for about two weeks. Now I am having to do head cleaning about every 2 days because there will be either major ink blots or missing pixels on the page. Once the maintenance is done it works great again. I will 100% purchase these cartridges in the future but I know I am taking a risk when I do so.For the value I will definitely be a repeat customer but I must strongly say you get what you pay for. I will never buy the generic cartridges again. When low and you change them out, they leak all over. Stay with genuine Epson cartridges and no leakage.
