It was wrapped very well, but, the box was quite large. That may have contributed to an issue with FedEx. That and the fact that there were ink cartridges in the printer. It was clearly marked "THIS SIDE UP', but FedEx either missed it r ignored it. The box was left on it's side. There was an ink stain on the outside and the printer had quite a bit of leaked ink on it. You may want to get a shipping refund.
