    I purchased an "open box" electronic switch that requires a power adapter to function. The item didn't come with the power adapter, and the listing did not disclose that. When I contacted the seller, the seller said, essentially, "the power adapter wasn't in the photos so you should have known better." While the seller did offer a $10 courtesy credit, I felt duped, and I thought the seller wasn't forthcoming or reasonable.

    I am sorry you felt the need to leave - feedback but per our conversations The power adapter was not shown in photos as it was not included. Nor did listing say it was. Buyer is the one who said they should have known better and was their mistake. Seller never said those remarks. Your feedback is both unfair and inaccurate and has been reported to ebay for demanding something that was not included in the listing. The switch was listed as a switch not a complete unit or kit. Return was offered.
