Two plastic feet were damaged during shipment. When contacted , the seller provided MORE THAN the cost of replacement. I am satisfied and I hope he (not she) learned to pack his product better in future. The seller seems to be an honest and fair person, he just needs to ‘up his game’ regarding the packaging of the equipment he ships.
