Fortunately the package was put between my doors and didn't get stolen from my porch. Product as described and works fine.

Treating buyers this way will not only hurt the seller's rating but the eBay community as well. Rather than offering to exchange batteries I had to return the entire original shipment. Also learned eBay is not authorized reseller of Ryobi products, so 3-year warranty was not honored. Overall, not a good value with poor service on seller's part to boot!
