I originally order a standard replacement power supply for my older piece of equipment. This power supply was cheaper and had a higher output. Turn out my problem was the original unit I had was not providing enough power to the computer. Everything worked out great, if they have a unit you can use I would strongly suggest you order from them!

Item was as listed. However, I had difficulty getting it to synch, despite multiple attempts, so I assumed was defective. Seller offered a refund, no problem, with free shipping back. But they also offered suggestions on how to get it to pair, which worked! Turned out the problem was operator error on my part. It was ME that was the defective part! :-))
Anyway, I was so impressed with not only the product, but the detailed, customer-friendly service provided.
