I was a little surprised by the size of the unit, very compact and much smaller than my (very old) log splitter. I have to say however, this machine is brilliant. I was amazed at the size of logs it can handle, haven't found anything yet that it can't deal with, including Ironbark and Grey Box. Very pleased with my purchase and will definitely have bragging rights when I show it to my friends.

Cheap Chinese crap, used for half an hour and then it lost power. Started the day after and it started blowing excessive white smoke and fuel had leaked into the engine oil reservoir, thankyou to eBay for stepping in as the seller said that’s normal for all of these problems and just change the oil, would not recommend ! As the seller was not helpful in anyway. Cheap Chinese crap wouldn’t risk your money on such junk

    Fantastic, small compact, but with great power to split large logs as well as small.

    Not too big. Easy to move around and get in a trailer. Simple to use. The power allows us to split big logs as well. The only thing I would change would be that the handle to operate needs to be longer.

    Rapt

    This splitter has exceeded my expectations, only hope that they continue, truthfully, I'M RAPT. The son in law split 2 6/5 trailer loads of iron bark, blackbutt, tallow wood and a smattering of blue and flooded gum in 2 hrs this arvo, well the three of us did. 1 reloaded after splitting, a top effort. He reckons this is the best of my many EBay purchases, and at this stage must agree.
