The parts appeared to be automated assembly line rejects or something similar with minor cosmetic defects (few bent legs), but nothing major considering that this particular component is obsolete and no longer available through "official" distributors. They also arrived properly packaged in a sealed ESD shielding bag. And this one's not the seller's fault: Posti, the Finnish postal system, decided to keep the package on hold for three weeks for no apparent reason before actually delivering it!
