However, the packaging that the tool arrived in noted "Tool with 15 Accessories" on the box. So, the item is technically not "New" (Brand-New, unused, unopened and undamaged item in its original packaging, per Ebay) as advertised. Should've been categorized as an "Open Box" item since some of the accessories were missing. Not a big deal, just an observation.

However it has worked fine so far and is now configured as a tool sharpener. Note that some of the real Dremel attachment tools do not fit on the plastic collar. Additionally The real Dremel, or the Demel knock off hand twist quick lock holders will not fit onto this tool, so you have to use the old style tool sleeve and wrench based holders. Both plastic collar and the metal tools shaft have the incorrect threads.

They was wrapped in a protective hard case, bubble wrap and wrapped in several layers of plastic to protect the blades as well as the customer. The blades were exactly as described. VERY SATISFIED.
