Not as described! Wrong size mirror sent which cannot be used as it does not fit in allocated space. Extremely slow delivery. Wrong tracking number provided initially. Multiple contact attempts to seller and courier were useless. SELLER IS NOT IN AUSTRALIA! Provided photos to seller seeking resolution. No resolution provided. Buyer beware. I am out of pocket for mirrors and postage and not to mention time wasted and pain and suffering due to this nuisance. Completely unprofessional.

That’s bad business practice to only offer a refund if the feedback is changed. Mum loves the mirror, the only problem is the packaging had water damage and soaked through the cardboard box and the mirror frame has water marks. Seller said probably happened during delivery and didn’t offer delivery cost refund, it clearly shows the damage has been on the box and mirror for quite some time.
