When it first arrived I had problems getting it to work and the seller was very helpful in terms of trying to fix it and figure out the problem. In the end, they sent a second unit at which point I realised I hadn't followed the instructions clearly and they both worked 😅 So positive reviews all round, just make sure you also plug in the 24 pin connector as well! 😂
