Although initially I received the wrong ones (my error), HP Injectors sent out the correct ones immediately and credited me upon the return of the wrong ones. That is all within expected guidelines but when I had a problem with one injector staying open they gave me some tips on blowing out the debris (or whatever). That fix didn't take so they overnighted a replacement injector totally on their nickel and I had it the next day, installed it and they have been working perfectly ever since. Kudos
