Your husband called us, and we offered to send a new replacement, so we are unsure as to this negative feedback as we are working with you to take care of the issue. Factory defects happen with almost all products from time to time whether from us or a big box retailer. We sell these regularly and this is the 1st defect that we have had on this product. I bought this device on eBay for my husband to put in our wall. I initially logged into eBay to see if I can return it but the website stated "Returns Not Accepted" which prompted me to send the earlier negative feedback. My husband told me later that he reached out to the seller and was told a new timer will be sent to him. The seller is now refusing to replace it due to the negative feedback. eBay doesn't allow me to delete that negative feedback.

They sent one flimsy outlet plate for $11 plus $8.95 shipping/tax. Admitted the listing was wrong but still demanded I pay return shipping. He refused. Demanded more units or nothing. Even asked for a full refund intending to keep the product. We refused. In the end we paid return shipping and will be issuing a full refund.
