Top class case, only the foam option lets it down.
The Tsunami is a great case and appears as well made and sturdy as the range named after a large aquatic bird. The only gripe I have is with the pick-n-pluck inside foam. While it may be convenient for some to make inserts this way, the foam itself is too soft and fragile. After a few times placing things in their spot and taking them out the foam begins to fail. Then it falls to bits. A much better system is one where there are layers of seriously dense foam that can be cut with a sharp knife, electric knife or the like. The firmer foams can also be ground out for the placement of small objects not as deep, such as a rifle bolt or bipod. I ended up tossing the pick-n-pluck and installed some decent firm foam. If it weren't for the foam - 5 stars. Perhaps an option of the pick-n-pluck ... The Tsunami is a great case and appears as well made and sturdy as the range named after a large aquatic bird.
