    Needles for tapestry

    I will be using these for tapestry weaving where i need to get 'threads' taken to the back of the piece. They were smaller than I expected but are easy to thread and will make a difference. I have only just received them so no long term evaluation can be made. Lightweight metal the threading nylon is clamped in place.

    Created more work

    I bought this product to make it easier to thread the needle when sewing in lots of ends. Unfortunately what makes it easy to thread, also makes it easy for the wool to come out of it when pulling it through the back of the item. So when you need to weave things back and forth several times, i'm having to rethread it each time. Personally I'd rather just take a little longer on a standard needle and only thread it once.

    So easy to thread and use

    Really useful little wool needles. Have always used a bodkin in the past, but these are so much easier to thread and the loud colours make them harder to lose. Having deliberated for a while if I really needed them, I am very pleased that I decided to buy them.

    Easy to thread

    These needles are easy to thread. They do feel different when first used but you soon get used to them. They are ideal for anyone who has eyesight problems but could be improved by having a darker loop instead of a transparent one
