Should buy ? Yes and no
Quality is ok compared to its price but even it's insulated with the lid on a cold day it can't retain your coffee or tea hot up to 1 hour. After 20min its starts to get cold. Buyer should aware that this us not a thermos flask but just a insulated coffee cup. Handle ergonomic and transparent body looks nice. At the end use it while you at work not prepare your beverage at home and srive to work and expect it still hot. High quality just the right size
If you are looking for 'normal' size coffee mugs to keep your morning brew warm for longer, these are just the thing. There are so many taller travel mug types out there but very few that are desk top size. The are top quality and highly recommended. Kudos to Thermos for recognising the gap in the market.

Not really genuine!
PROS: Item arrived on time as expected. It looks posh with all the thermos logo in it. The seal looks ok. Good packaging. CONS: Does not really keep my beverage hot for an hour. Very frustrating. The smaller thermos mug which I bought years ago, a genuine made in Japan, still works better. This is just one of those knock-off product. Sadly I bought 2. Not buying again.

Not suitable for very hot coffee.
I am in my office having my first coffee out of it now. the heat transfer from the coffee to the metal top of the cup makes the cup unusable until it all cools down. Poor design and I will throw the cup away.
