Overall a positive experience. Fast shipping! Arrived one day early. I am disappointed in the packing job. The case had actual contact with the top, bottom and 2 sides of the box. Only packing was 8 of those air pillow things which had fallen off to one side leaving the case 99% unprotected. Needed a little larger box and then pack bubble wrap firmly ALL AROUND the case. One hole busted completely through the box but the case dodged the bullet and there is no damage.
