Hi, that's interesting to know. We've sold literally thousands of these on ebay and our website over the last 10 years and this is the first time anyone has said they're too short. Perhaps most people wear as a neck cravat rather than a tie style? If you'd like to return it, please do that and we'll refund you once received.
