      Installed on my 2012 2.4L Sonata

      I had previously installed a Jones Max muffler (straight through design) and I wanted the power and throttle response without as much noise. I purchased this Flowmaster as it claimed “reduced interior cabin noise through a chambered design”. After I had this installed, it was actually louder throughout the entire RPM range and because it’s aluminum, I’ll have to replace every 3 years (due to road salt). Save yourself the money, buy Jones Max muffler (1/2 the cost) and I personally think it has a better sound and it’s just a little quieter.
