The seller did ship the item and it was as the seller described, sadly due to shipping / UPS the server/item arrived unusable and was destroyed. I communicated with the seller multiple times, and after a week really got nowhere. I am returning the item to Ohio and seeking my refund via Ebay.
The damage was not the sellers fault... the item was packed loosely in foam... it was 2 drops from good height while in UPS's care that the damage occurred... :(
