It was a "Remote Route" delivery, Australia Post Tracking 99712470408901008320903, the buyer ordered the item on Friday, we posted on the First Working Day (Monday), on the 4th working day the parcel had been delivered to the buyer's local post office (or a depot, MACKSVILLE NSW), but the Australia Post has trouble to deliver the parcel and hold the parcel for over 7 days in the post office (or the depot). Finally, the parcel has been delivered on 12 March after we chased the Australia Post.
