    a good replacement for older drives

    This drive is much faster then a 4200RPM drive, has a 8MB buffer not a 2MB like some, runs very quiet and doesn't get real hot. But warranty is not as good as other manufactures.

    price was good, drive is working perfect

    perfect replacement for my old laptop works great on my dell latitude d600. Easy to replace, booted on first try and was able to installoperating system and it is still running great a month later.
